I am having the same problem as i had with the beta. Everything is weird the text appears as squares and so does the mouse pointer i use windows vista and just installed directx 9.0c can anyone help me here?

Try running the game with Desktop Composition disabled.

Rightclick NSS4 shortcut
Go to Properties
Go to Compatibility
Check Disable Desktop Composition


Apply changes and try running.
