Transfers just don't work

Si, Please answer this,

I've been playing at Realistic Level with Arsenal for 7 seasons now. been on the the transfer request for the last 2 seasons, am worth 22.5 MM and am a World Elite. Earning a weekly wage of 45,000 - I don't get any transfer offers at all. Why? Is the program capable of offering me a transfer? Please reply.
