hi there!

I stumbled across NSS4 a few months ago and have been watching with interest since release. I've noticed the game seems to have some problem with having patches and stuff being hosted, so have decided to give it a go myself :)

Updated database available from NSS-world, South Africa updated for 08/09 teams and a fix for English Conference South promoting to Georgian Non-League. I hope to upload my first logo pack tomorrow evening as well, so please keep visiting!

thanks pea! I'll upload those when I have time but my upload is a little slow. However, i have just added a Club and Stadium logo pack to nssworld. Go to http://www.nssworld.smfnew.com/index.php?board=3.0 to for the links.

Also have over 6000 player images but i might want to think about splitting them before uploading :)

If anyone feels like hosting stuff for me, that'd be great. I'm not sure rapidshare is the best way to do these in the long term (assuming i stick at this!)

Personally, I think it's better to host your files on FileFront. Rapidshare is decent, but I wasn't able to download all your files due to the free user download limit... :/

Also, I couldn't start a career with your edited database. The game seems to lock up at the generating players part.

if you edited the master.db you have to start a new game to see the changes. if you edited your savegame db you will see the changes directly in your savegame. there and only there

hi guys! i've been busy updating some of the logos but am still having problems with the database. Hopefully Si or JJU will be able to help me out soon, but until then I can't host one that works in the game :(

new logo pack now has over 1800 club badges, and all the dodgy polish ones have been fixed.

Portman road is included in the update, along with a load more english stadiums. I'm having some problems with the kits too right now, but as soon as i can get them i'll host them too :)

Hey azazel, was wondeing if you are uploading the editor tonight, there seems to be a problem with the existing link.

Also, could you upload one of those database's that can be edited? I looked around but could'nt seem to find one.

ps, i'm uploading the stadiums now but it's nearly 50mb so might be a few minutes. don't forget to sign up at the forum if you have any requests to do with the database or graphics :)

I would recommend someone does as we can't really have those logos hosted as attachments on our servers, so I've had to remove the links.

Unfortunately, in azazel's database the German Leagues aren't very substantial. :redface: (Anyhow, it's great work what you're doing there!)

Really great work you're doing. Can't imagine that you're editing alone, I mean, such a big number of players you have to create.. how do you try to rate them correctly? Would be interesting for me to know. :)

thanks for the kind words ravezz :) a simple gauge is appearances / goals over a season. i use this to set the squads status and hope the autostat takes care of the rest :lol: the germany update has been nice though, thanks to websites like transfermarkt.co.uk. have to love the germans for their efficiency and thoroughness!

it's that time again, lots of new content uploaded :) German 2nd level players added mainly, with new club, stadium and player images from all over the place.

next updates will be for 09/10 season which will include MLS updates and new rosters for summer leagues around the world.

eh i used db unfudger now and it looks correct now :) anyway will see how my german FC Sigmund Mehmet will play ;) hopefully not against Team 1 and Team 2 as they are veeeery strong xD
