If you are having problems running the game you must first...
UPDATE YOUR DRIVERS
Find out your graphics card model:
Click Start and choose Control Panel then Device Manager. Under Display Adapter you will see your graphics card details.
Any Intel users, download your latest drivers here. Click on Graphics, then choose your chipset from the list:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng#
ATI users go here:
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.HTML
NVidia users go here:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
S3 users go here:
http://www.s3graphics.com/en/drivers/index.aspx
Install the new drivers for you graphics card then run the game again and see if that helps. If it still fails, please post your system details (http://www.newstarsoccer.com/newstarforum/showthread.php?t=8203) and the exact description of the problem in this forum.
Thanks.
