I've noticed it asked a few times, so here's a few quick and easy hints.

Firstly, the easiest way to capture a screenshot is to use the 'PRT SCR' (Print Screen) key. This should be located on all keyboards, and is usualy found as per below.

The next parts depends on what image editting software you have. MS Paint should come as standard on Windows, but you can use Paint Shop Pro (my preference  )

All you need to do now is PASTE into MS Paint (Ctrl + V, or right click and 'Paste'). Edit the image to a suitable size, etc, then upload it somewhere online such as a yahoo account or a free service like www.photobucket.com. Then, using the IMG tags, insert the URL on the image

IF you don't have MS Paint, or anything similar, you can try using tools such as ScreenThief (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=screenthief&meta=).

Not wanting to be condescending or anything, just thought some people may find handy :)
