when i get 2 yellow cards in champions league it isnt sent me off(its says but i play the next match and its says again that i got 2 yellow cards and ill face 1 match ban)

What version have you got? Download the latest version if you have not already.

it happended to me and i got the latest version.
and i have this bug but in 2.12 version
