Can't get past sponsorship payment

A notification that my 7-up sponsor has paid me continuosly pops up after I hit "Okay" without allowing me to continue my game. Also, during the world cup, if I try to look at the standings the game freezes. As well, during the world cup, my player lacks the ability to regain energy between matches.

Sorry for the delay i missed this post. Can you check your version number. Click Help then About NSS. If it is not 2.10 download it again from the website and install.

Hey, my version number comes up as 2.01; however, when I tried to download 2.10 the link on download.com also says version 2.01. By the way, I'm running the program on Windows XP if that's of any help.

Ah yes, the download.com link lists the wrong version number. Check the version by clicking Help>About NSS from within the game.
