I think Si programmed NSS2 in Visual C++ i think, and NSS3 is being made in Blitz Basic if memory serves me correctly.

If your new to game making i would advise you to use the imaginitevly named "Gamemaker" - get it from www.gamemaker.nl

:D

You wouldn't be able to make a game in C++ or Blitzplus straight away without any programming knownledge. However, I would recommend you learn Visual Basic 6.0, you'd probably be able to learn it in about 7months and be able to put a mini-game together. C++ would take years to learn without a some programming knowledge.

I am not quite sure what you mean by "Manual" as there is no manual for it. Maybe, you mean you need a book to learn from, I have one called "Mastering Visual Basic 6.0", it's pretty good stuff, from that book you'd learn arrays, databases and just the basics. It's in english.

It really depends on how much your willing to spend on learning the language. You could get decent books from Amazon.co.uk.

The VB3 book is no use, if your using Visual Basic 6 because the language has changed alot since then.

You could also find free tutorials on the internet. Type in "Visual Basic 6.0 Tutorials" on google.

Hope this helps.
