This is a career of a great start to the life of football for Tom Smith (Striker) but then coming down with a very hard bump. Actually not really a bump a jump off a skyscraper!
It started when i got a trial at Newcastle and passed it with flying colours. I did`nt get played for 3 games and my first game was on the bench and had a minute to impress!
I got into the first team all the way at the third quarter of the season in the semi-final of the cup against Arsenal. We won 2-0 due to Owens brace.
My season ended at Wembley except i was outraged to see i was on the bench. I came on to the pitch after 54 mins and we were 2-0 down to Man u. But then a stroke of luck served me well when i meant to put the ball in the box with a high diagonal ball but it looped into the top corner. Me celebrating in my study falling off my chair!:doh:
However the ball wouldnt go into the back of the net Owen hit the post,Emre too. But suddenly Rio slide me in the box and the referee pointed to the spot. I took all the set-peices because i trained so hard on it (cause i couldŽnt do anything else). So this was my chance to be a hero i stepped up and bang i hit the post heart in mouth moment but it came back to me and i slot it away like a pro. :dance:
Me having a heart-attack on the floor screaming GOALLL!However everything went down hill from there. The next season i couldnt score i missed 2 penanaltys in one game. In january i was sold to stoke but still i couldnt score!
Last game of the season it was my chance to show my chance as a good footballer(cough). But still missed free-kick, 2 one and ones and a penalty so i got sold off to York.
