Payment at Alertpay

Hello, I am hoping the launch of NSS4, want to buy the Register, but only have money in a new online bank that was created, the Alertpay, I wonder if you can pay online through this bank, which follows the same characteristics of Paypal, I should like to pay power through it, because I do not want to play with false registration as many play.
