New Star Hockey Beta Version 0.93 Released!

Beta version 0.93 is now available through the website at: http://www.newstarhockey.com

This version has several new features and bug fixes, though I'm working on improving the assist rate even further along with several other new additions up my sleeve for the future. I'm always on the lookout for suggestions, as well.

+ Game now congratulates hat tricks
+ Added another in-game event
+ Created happiness module: if you have bad relationships, you become unhappy and play poorly; if you are happy you play better
+ Added fatigue injury if energy drops too low
+ Added support for one-game playoff rounds

- Changed start date from 2006 to 2008 (for sure this time)
- Made training less frequent
- Made events dependent on how famous you are dependent on how famous you are
- Fixed faceoff display bug
- Should prevent line changes during some breakaways
- Assists should be easier to come by
- Fixed user starting game in penalty box
- Made training slider actually work
- Made game stop twice a week when nothing is going on instead of just once a week
- You are now offered contracts if you don't have a team
- Stats adjusted at game time based on energy and happiness now visible

Do me a favor please - open your save file in a plain text editor and search for 'Scouts'. Let me know if that line looks different than the line that says 'Nordiques' behind it. I can't open your save in Linux sadly, my programs are mad at me.
