This patch is for those having the Type Mismatch - 13 error everyone is experiencing. If you are just downloading the file you now should see this problem resolved, and you do not have to take any action.
Download:
http://stattosoftware.com/nsh/Options.txt
And save it over your Options.txt file (replacing the old one) in your NSH folder. This should fix the problem.
You should now be able to continue your game without this problem!
