Hi chaps. Here is a beta of the match engine. It only allows you to play Quick Matches controlling the whole team and it still needs lots of work, but seeing as though it is Christmas I thought I'd show you all how it is progressing.

Be warned, this will most probably need a very good PC to run it, but hopefully I can reduce the minimum spec before release time.

Here's a brief list of things that I am going to work on in the near future:

-Players need to have real attributes
-Heading is too hard and Com headers are messed up
-Keeper AI needs lots of work
-Outfield player AI needs work

Note to translators: This only includes English at the moment. We'll work on adding the other languages after Christmas. This beta is just for you to have a play around with at the moment.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!!! :D

Merry Christmas to you too, Si, hope I can get it working :D

And I can't get it working, the debugger just spits out "Unhandled Memory Exception Error" and it dies.

I had to turn 3D off, but the menus worked fine. I see the home team's tactics screen, get all excited, then the game crashes regardless of setting (tested on an XP computer, typing from my Linux baby).
