I'm pretty sure he'll read this from here..
Exactly what do you refer to with 'Creative Team', I mean, I hope you don't think that Si is making the game completely on his own.
Let me explain that better... Si is the game creator, and the coder for it, in a simplest way, the creator/owner/boss. But he has always allowed forum members and all interested people to crontribute with it with as many suggestions as they like.
Also, for the last Deliveries, he's picked out several specific people to help him on some duties regarding the game... for example JJU's excellent job with Player/Team/Stadium/Manager/Everything database, assisted by some editors that are willing to help.
I'm also doing my part, from the languagtes perspective, so that I can bring some relief to Si and give him more time for the specific coding stuff, in order to raise the overally quality of the game.
Statto has been in and out with suggestions to Si regarding coding, and a lot of other aspects...
And that is still one part of the people that contribute with Si, which I know of :)
So if you feel like you've got a serious addition that would be adding value to any future releases, don't hesitate in dropping any of the mods a PM, or stating it at the forums. :)
wt jobs are dere available
Well, you certainly wouldn't be a spelling and grammar checker.
From the database side of things, I have no interest in taking on new people I'm afraid.
da only reason i spell rong is i rite abbreviation for words like school (skl)

Of the things left to be done from the creative standpoint, most of the work left to do has already been taken care of by people who have been working on this for a long time (JJU and Fab, for instance). If you wanted to help out with NSS4, the best ways to do that now are probably to help make stadiums, but since these have already been implemented/taken care of they'd be 'extras' and you wouldn't get a code for them.
Also, it must be said that there are people working very hard to make this game happen, obviously Simon is the creative genius but both Fab and JJU have put in a lot of time maintaining their respective databases along with the people who have helped create them. However, and I believe I am speaking for all the administrators, I'm helping Simon out with NSS4 not because I want a free game, but because the New Star Soccer series truly is something special that I want to see become as phenomenal as it possibly can. I think that's kind of how we all fell into this, for instance my first contact with Si right after NSS1 came out with a list of suggestions as I am always on the lookout for really good independent soccer games.

Well... as far as I know, the game is written in proper English, so it probably isn't for you. I don't want to have to guess what is written.

I think we've already established now that there is a 'creative team' already in place, made up of some top-notch forum members and run by Fabrizio and myself.
Also, 007, please take the time to give http://www.newstarsoccer.com/newstarforum/showthread.php?p=50643#post50643 a quick read. Especially the "NO 'Text Speak'" bit and the reasons for it :)
