Hi, i was wondering in NSS4 will there be an age that you have to retire from managing aswell as playing? because otherwise you could end up managing until your 100 :P (If you play a lot)

I think a limit of 70 would give you enough managing time myself. I'm sure there will be a limit of some sort.

Yeh, 70 would be plenty, thats a lot of seasons as a manager...

Actually, I think 65 would be a better max limit. You make a good point, there aren't too many 70 year old managers knocking about, but plenty in their mid 60's who will probably retire in a year or so.

Yea.

I just have a question, what will be faster to pas a season? Player, or manager?

Bobby Robson was 70 when he left Newcastle. That's about it.

No way!
I say 70 should be limit, Bobby Robson did a great job at the Toon.
60-65 still too young.
70-75 max

IF this is gonna be done.. It needs to be done right..

With the Manager there needs to be a HEALTH BAR...

Than there has to be decisions to be made that will affect your HEALTH BAR..

example.. STAY UP LATE AND MOTIVATE TEAM.. or GO TO BED CAUSE U"RE TIRED...

staying up takes a bite out of your health bar n such etc.. goin to bed doesnt give your team extra motivation, but your health bar continues..

Stuff like that.. Skipping healthy meals for crappy meals, cause u're running late ETC ETC ETC...

As u age... your health bar becomes more effected by these choices..

so at 70 maybe staying up late. might lead to missing the game cause u have to go to the hospital..

which woudl lower how much confidence the FANS have in you, and MEDIA,, and your players, management etc...

so eventually if u don't retire before this..or get fired because U're incompetend.. plus u've been taking bad care of yourself U just DIE..
and game over..

I think thats the way to do it.
