you could actually have to control the player and if u were good you would get better

Pretty cool idea, I've ever waited a game like that for a console.
I only wanted it to be for PSX, cause PS2 is really expensive (at least here where I live) and I still haven't it.

I don't think it would be worth it on the PS2, or any of the other next gen consoles. It's like saying there should be a release of Sensible Soccer on the next gen consoles, when the true glory of the game isn't it's graphics but the playability.

ps, Nice quote Mad, it's great to know that Leicester were in the quater-finals of the FA Cup.

You want a game called Libero Grande. Unfortunatly no career mode but you are only one player as part of a team. I did e-mail namco and ask them if they had any plans to release the game on the next gen consoles. They said no. Waste of time really :-)

Thanks :D . I've been playing Libero Grande 2 lately and I agree that it could be better if had the career mode, and also the one I have is the asian version (not sure if there are a USA version), but it's a good game.

Sorry Mad, seem's like I forgot to answer. An original PS2 is about R$1.000,000, I really don't know how much it will get if you change to European(USA) currency, but I can tell you that it's at least a little hard to buy in a not-so-rich family like mine. I had to choose between the PS2 or the PC  , and choosed the PC. (Think it is a little off-topic, sorry if I take too off.)

from my own personal opinion, it's not that a good idea to have it on PS2 or any other video consoles. the reason?

NSS series are not known for their graphical aspects but for their utmost textual-based features. Look at NSS3, i mus admit the graphics are not that spectular, its still consists of squares stack up on one another to provide the shape of players, balls. it cant compare to the amazing polygons nowadays games are having, e.g. FF series etc.

however, i still appreciate the work Si had put in for NSS3. i'm waiting in excitement for 3 to come out!!!!

Everything you sayed is right, but think on this: If NSS is such a great game being downloaded from internet (what means it can't be too great on size of MB), imagine how great it could be if in a console, where the size is far way greater!
Don't need to be only graphics (remember Libero Grande), it may have bad graphics, but more textual size, so maybe more dribbles, more interaction with your team mates, a list of the team mates, names for everybody you know (from familly to girlfriends), and so on..... 8)

i completely agree, although (no-offence to Si or anything) NNS could hardly cope (at the moment) with having to make a ps2 game and then there are loadsa aspects like actually producing the game i.e. the box, picture and advertising etc

Yeah, Si has oredi spent that much time trying to get NSS3 done, and its not fully here yet--> i'm not whining, just stating a fact. There're so many aspects into making a good and replayabilty PS2 game. The graphics, interface and the list just goes on and on... along with A&P etc...

I agree, it's impossible (at least hard) to do NSS for PS or any console, but if it could be done, would be great 8) .
