Is there any way for me to be able to see the A column and the R column at the same time?

I'm working on the Norwegian translation, and I've been assigned column 18. I have to keep scrolling back and forth to check the next word:(

Anyone got a solution?

(I use an english excel). Highlight the columns you dont want to see. Rightclick and select hide.

No problem. I just haven't figured out how to unhide those columns yet :(

Or place your 'active' cell in cell B2 (that's a guess) and go to Windows > Freeze Panes. You should then be able to scroll to column R and A stay visible.

Bubka, right lick on the top left cell, the one both 'A' and '1' touch, and select unhide.

Yes, right click will give you the option to hide and unhide columns and rows.

If you want to hide/unhide only one, when selecting one of its cells (if it's hidden write the number and letter on the cell selector top left ;)) and then go to Format -> column/row ->Hide/unhide

Hope it sounds reasonable

You mean you don't have the version where you have to tilt your head to the left or right and lick, a double lick? :| I need to upgrade.

Or just put the two side by side IE A and B then copy and paste to R when you are done.

When typing manually I have the same problem too. But if you do as I said you can do it without having problem...
First left click to 384th column, then without relasing mouse, drag to 385th column then relase the mouse. Now you're selected the rows
384 and 385, now click copy button on toolbar then click the your language's 384th column and click paste.
This should have solved your problem. (at least it worked for me :D )

Leave it alone, and when you send your translation to Fab,he will add + and -.;) I think, right Fab?:D

The thing is that the program thinks you're going to add a forumla there :)

I believe you should press + / - then the del. key, so the program ignores any formula intentions ;)

Failing that, just send it to me and I'll put those :)

You just press enter after the + / -.
Excel will leave it be and move to next row.
