First of all, welcome to the translators forum!!!
This is a space created so that we can communicate, and share our files freely.
As a beginning post, I'd like to include here the rules that have been given to all of you along with the files, and that will help tidying the information, and having a format that is readable by the program:
The first column is the TagName for a word or sentence.
This is used by the program. Tags should never be changed, and no new tags should be added.
The second column is the English translation.
Usually the tag name will match the English translation.
The columns to the right of the English tranlation are for the translators to add their native text.
A bit more about Tags
At the bottom you will see some tags with a Prefix. sla_ means, the translated word needs to be a Single Letter Abbreviation.
So sla_Away is shortened to A.
tla_ requires a Three Letter Abbreviation. So tla_Alcohol becomes Alc.
Sometimes it's ok to use 1 letter more or less than suggested, but you need to see the game running to make sure it fits ok.
The only other thing to be aware of are the modifiers.
If you see a "$" symbol in the English text then you must leave that word in the translated text.
So when you read "$personname of $clubname has retired from management."
You need to leave $personname and $clubname in your translation, whereever those words would need to go.

What are this for?? You should put your text using your column, so that the files are easily mergeable :) That's just a help for me, and will give me the chance to have everything ordered.
And on the top of your language translation, you have the two letter code, which tell the program which column has which language, when it's loading.
