Sensational Soccer 2 coming soon?

Is there gonna be an Sequel to Sensational Soccer Goes like me many people wil buy it?

I'd like it but I doubt it mate - sales weren't that high of SS1. Still, with a few tweaks I think it'd become a very fun arcade game, I just don't think an all-team game has the same attraction to customers.

I think that SS2 will be coming... but only after NSS4.

Nope. But SS2 will probably use the NSS4 engine, so it will be a long time in coming if it does happen.

Yeah, I think a SS version, using NSS4 engine wouldn't be thinking too crazy ;)

There are too games which do the same concept better out there.

Unless it has online mode, I personally feel SS should be left alone. A rival to Netsoccer for 'simple multiplayer football', marketed, advertised and supported properly, could do very well though.

Hope it comes on it was better in NSS3 by a bit but NSS3 was good thanks Si for making SS1 free love the game I'm yet to buy NSS3 I was going to but then I had a look at SS1 decided not to buy it then it became free lol.

Sorry to revive an old thread - but I too am wondering whether there will be a new Sensational Soccer based on the NSS4 engine?

I'm quite enjoying NSS4, including the "Quick Games" that allow control of the whole team. If there isn't going to be a new Sensational Soccer - is there a way to have total team control in the career mode of NSS4?

I'm not sure whether I will make a Sensational Soccer 2 because I intend to add a full management option to NSS5. That would essentially be the same thing. :)

So...as well as having complete control of the one player career etc, would NSS5 also allow you to control the whole team when on the pitch, as in Sensational Soccer, and the "Quick Match" in NSS4?
(I like playing just as one player, but I also like controlling the whole team on the pitch as well, too many years playing Sensible Soccer and Kick Off!) ;)

Also, one thing I really like in NSS4 is that it is now much more "moddable", with the ability to tweak the engine settings, mod graphics, sound etc. Big thumbs up from me for that mate!
