I don't know if this was mention before, but after you retired, you might take managerial as a job.

After spending three or four years building your reputation (as manager), you might have an alternative offer to manage the national team. (Unless you decide to stay with your club.)

NSS4 is going to give a run for their money with a bigger database (only CM and FM can beat this, if they can), a new match engine that will appeal to everyone, very customizable and, what FIFA has copied but looks like it isn't good, you get to play as the player.
