Currently the Israeli League is being made by Wolf however, if you should wait for JJU's confirmation if he is active or not.

JJU is a member called John Jensen's Underpants (don't call him John :P) who is the man in charge of the NSS4 database. So, until he confirms that wolf is dfoing his jog, you can still have hope of helping out.;)
