If it's not possible, please say so, instead of not answering.. just so i wouldn't have to keep looking in here for answers.

The older versions are Windows only, though if you've an Intel Mac there are ways of getting it up and running.
Costly ways, mind.

You can get any NSG in Mac or Linux, as long as you have an emulator.;)
Some are avaible for download, just google it.

You know of any free emulators? All the ones I've found are either costly, or they're virtualisation machines that require you to own a copy of Windows XP (which I don't, I just have a recovery disk for my laptop).

Type "free windows emulator for mac" or "free windows emulator for linux" (depending on your system) and just search and download.
Did you find one?
Just a thought Nando, you could find some and link to them rather than offering a hypothetical solution ;)

Yep, I could, couldn't I?
I'll try to find it... but I can't test it. You will have to do that.;)
EDIT:
Try this one: http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
If you it doesn't work, go here:

Or if you want a google search, go here:

Unfortunately, most are virtualisation machines - i.e. they provide an underlying layer on which to run Windows XP on. That'd be great if I had it.
Crossover's the only one that doesn't require a copy of Windows. If only I had the cash, eh?
I'll have to resign myself to playing NSS on one of the other computers...

Glad to hear its out on all formats. I've been thinking of getting a new PC, or maybe a Mac, and though this won't swing my decision either way, its nice to know.
