NSS2 on pocket pc ?

Is NSS2 suitable for pocket pc (or palm os, or smartphone, any handheld device) ?
If the answer is no, how could it be converted to pocket pc format ?

I've never tried it on a pocket pc. I'm never even used a pocket pc and i'm not sure how they work. If someone has one and can try NSS2 on it let me know. As for phones and other handhelds, no it won't work.
