NSS4 Release

Im sure this is asked often, and I did search, but I get "NSS3 3.14 Releases" and similar results. So, when is the game suppose to be out, like in 3-4 months' time?

PS: Last year, I remember someone (think its Siread) saying it is supposed to be out next spring.
