Key Not Working!!!

I have just bought a key for sensational soccer and when i try to unlock it by entering the information in (by copying and pasting) it says: "The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again."

Im really frustrated with it and have tried many times. Is there anyway I can get it to work or a refund if possible. Thanks alot please reply soon! :redface: :mad:

Please PM Siread or Jay-Jay with your registration details, that is:

Player name
Email address user to purchase
Payment method
Date of purchase

and tell them what happened. They will solve it soon :)

Si will probably be the best bet, as I believe he is the only one to have direct access to the sales records.

Are you using the PC you got the hardware fingerprint for? Or am I behind the times as I recall something about this being ditched?

i have no idea what a hardware fingerprint is but this is the computer that i submited my order form for a key from yes

Sometimes when copy and pasting a "space" gets selected and it causes problems like the one you mentioned so be sure its only the numbers and letters that are copied. Im almost sure this is not the case but anyways it could help somebody.

Hardware fingerprint is a code that is created for your pc and its hardware.. It appears when you're about to start the game trial I believe.. But I¿m not wuite sure where else it is :redface:
It is needed to submit your buy order, so it should be okay if you are at the same Pc and haven't replaced important hardware lately :)

The codes that get sent out automatically don't work on a slightly older version of the game. I think I need to update the download.com link.
