No dia 2 de janeiro de 2007 eu comprei o registro do jogo new star soccer 3 e ate hoje dia 8 de janeiro de 2007 nao recebi o registro. Já mandei varios e mails para o support de vcs e até agora nao me deram nenhuma noticia. Gostaria de saber o pq nao recebi. Continuo gostando do jogo, continuo jogando mas nao posso passar da decima partida msm tendo comprado o registro.
Aguardo notícias o mais rapido possivel. Muito obrigado.

Siread, no creador do jogo nao estara disponivel ate domingo. Voce tem que esperar umos dias...
Voce pode tentar de emitir um correio a Jay-Jay com su Email y data da compra.

eu tbm comprei o registro do game mas num consigo logar preciso de outro nick e outra senha para logar pois descontou do meu cartão de credito a compra mas naum recebi nenhum contrato ou coisa assim entaum agora como faço pra jogar se naum me mandaram nada ...se vcs tiverem como resolver meu msn é otavio222@hotmail.com

I believe it's he didn't get his email, but not sure...
If it is so, can you tell him to check his Spam folder??? Also that this things sometimes take a bit.. If he still has the problem, he will have to PM Siread the mail address he used to purchase, payment use, and also the approximate date of buying it :)

He said that he also bought the NSS3 registration code and hasn't got it yet. He says that he needs another player anme and serial to play because the money was taken off his credit card but did not recieved any mail informing him. If you know how to resolve this, you should email him to otavio222@hotmail.com.

Eu acho que você deve ter o código na pasta de lixo electrónico. Mas se você não tiver lá mande uma PM para Siread com o email que você usou para comprar, que pagamento usou e a data aproximada da compra.
