old bug query

I just started playing NSS2 again I remember hearing about a bug that didn't make any contract offers, I have version 2.10 I am just wondering if I need the latest version 2.12 to fix that. oh and is there any where we can read what errors each version fixes? I just want to know what I gain by going from 2.1 to 2.12

horse racing I think and better playability the newest verisons are always the better as Si has ironed out some of the older bugs.
