looks like a comon mistake :blimey: an admin will help you sorting it tho :)

You try to copy/paste it directly from the screen, as you could mistype if you do it manually.
Are you using the same PC as the one you sent the Hardware fingerprint from?? The reason I ask if because the game needs a different code for each PC also, so if you change you have to let Si know, and send him you receipt for him to email you a new code :)
Also codes may be affected when you change several parts of your computer's hardware, so if you made some changes after buying the key you'll probably have trouble because of that.

I would advice you to check that it's not a mistake from you (like a mistype) and if it's not, you PM or email Siread or Jay-Jay, with your code, hardware fingerprint, and your name, and they will help you establish your correct code, or give you a correct one if you changed your PC significantly

thanks for help!! Si sent me another code and it works .And my answer against what you ask that No , i didnt change anypart or ip. just i tried my license correctly with copy/paste but it hadnt worked but now its ok.

I'm actually not sure :redface: .... I entered my key in an older version...
