HIGE BUG FOR ME

i was 1/3 done with my second season, and then it gives a an error and exits the game, i tried to load the game but its the same thing, PLEASE HELP!

guys i asked how to fix my problem, but im not saying i dont have to wait, but while iw as palying a game another bug came up just exiting the game without anything, good thing i can continue, but it happens to me about 16 TIMES ! I am REALLY REALLY TIERD of it, ill wait to see if you can fix my mistake, but if you cant ( and its not your fault i guess lol ) ill play one more day, but if something happens again like it always does everytime i pay the game, then i will need to refund my money, so before all that first how do i do that ( just wondering, im not doing it yet, and hopefully i wont becuase its a perfect game, just too much errors ( that incldes my two, and the born date on 31/01/86 ? always like that ) ) pelase do something, and tell me how to refound my money just in case please :roll:
