Si, May has just started today. Only today is the 1st of May.

I thought that the month of April had to pass first before we could submit our goals for the month of April and that's how I think it should be. I gathered all my April goals (till yesterday) and chose the best 5. I've just sent them to you.

April ended just yesterday, so how come we already have the voting for last month's goal?

Yes, but yesterday was still April and I was still playing and trying to score a great goal. So only today I gathered all the goals in April and chose the best 5 and sent them to Si, now that April is over.

Anyway, at least let's hope that those 5 goals will be considered for May, but I think it would be suitable to first let the month finish and then place a deadline to send the goals till the end of the first week of the following month.

The deadline to submit your goals to Si for April GOTM was 23:59 on the 30th April, and the deadline has always been like that for GOTM.

I also forgot to submit my goals, but I only had 2 or 3, and I'm not too sure of the quality of them anyway!

i dont think you've picked the best 5 to be honest. You can easily get 10 great goals from the entries. some of the goals in the top 5 are just averaged.

Wow.... two of mine made the list! Although, TBH, I prefer my other Freekick goal to the one that made the cut, but I think all that made the top 5 are great goals in their own way...

Thanks Si again for making a forum like this available - it certainly adds to the longevity of the game having a forum and challenges like this to spur you on. To those ppl that complain that "the goals aren't any good, I can/have/will do better" put your money where your mouth is and submit them!!!

I sent my goals on the 30th of April, surely before 23:59, but they didn't make it in April's GOTM. Hope they will be included in May

If the goals were any good then they will be included in the GOTM competition. Simple.

And also please remember that different countries have different deadlines. I presume that the deadline is 23:59 on the last day of the month Greenwich Mean Time.

My advice to everyone is to send the goals in to Si a day early to ensure he has time to look at them.

I tend to rip the defence open than score from ## yards. Makes the game more adaptable.

Are these real prizes????Either way how can you view them.

Also,I downloaded goals to view.I can not open them
my windows media player says it cant play type of file.Any ideas what the problem is????

There is a New Star Store accessible from the main site I believe. Can't wait to win a GOTM, but they probably don't sell much. May get a polo though if the next paycheck is nice :)

You get to watch replays in NSS3, click options -> replays.

Yes you have to unzip the files into your NSS replay folder (mine is located "C:\Program Files\New Star Soccer 3\Game\Replays") then load the game and click options -> replays (as Statto said above).

Also yes prizes are real I received mine earlier this week (sent from USA to UK!!!) it is cool!
