How do I download and play the game?
-Click on Download on the main page then choose Download Now from the next page. (Or click Download (http://download.worldcupmanager.co.uk/Install_NSS2.exe) here then Save.)
-Save the game to your C: drive in (Maybe in My Documents).
-When it finishes downloading, find the file "Install_NSS2.exe" (Probably in My Documents :D ) and double click it.
-Follow the instructions on screen.
-Once the installation has finished, you start the game by double-clicking on the NSS2 icon on your desktop.
When will I receive my code?
If you pay by credit card you should receive your code instantly in an automated email (occasionally there are delays of an hour or so). If you pay by Paypal or NoChex, I have to send the code out manually. Sometimes I won’t be able to access my email for several hours, but normally you will receive it within an hour.
I did not receive my code!
If you have a Hotmail account or you use a junk mail filter, please check your Junk Mail folder for the registration email. (Very common! #-o) If you still cannot find the email then PM me (http://www.newstarsoccer.com/newstarforum/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=2) or Jay-Jay (http://www.newstarsoccer.com/newstarforum/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=92) on this forum or email me.
When will I receive a copy of the game?
The product is not physical and therefore it is not delivered. Just download and install the game from here:
http://download.worldcupmanager.co.uk/Install_NSS2.exe
Then use your license key to unlock the full game.
When i try to install the game i get this error: "General extraction error. Location IMP1" ...and i must close the game.
Try downloading the zipped version and unzip to a new folder:

Can I start a new game with the same player name or do I have to register again?
You can start as many games as you like with the same player name. Just start a new game and make sure you are using a different save name if you want to keep your old saved games. (Simply go to File then Save As... and choose a unique save name before you play a match.)
What age does your player retire?
36 years old.
How do I get a girlfriend?
To get a girl you need to impress her. An incident will pop up telling you what she likes. If you have the right stuff (nice cars, nice house etc) then she'll accept. The more famous you get, the harder it is to impress the ladies. If you're a Premiership super-star you better make sure you have plenty of nice items.
Can I continue my NSS1 saved game in NSS2?
No I’m afraid they are not compatible. If you have upgraded to NSS2 you will need to start a new game.
I tried to edit my save file manually and now it won’t work. Will you fix it for me?
No.

-Click the Appearance tab then click Effects.
-Put a check mark in "Use the following method to smooth the edges of screen fonts".
-Select "Clear Type".
-Click OK then OK again.
I cannot save my game!
If you have a limited account (ie you don't have admin rights on your pc) then you may not be allowed to save games. You can resolve the problem in 1 of 2 ways.
1) Get administrator rights. This will mean you will be able to load/save/edit all types of files. Ask whoever is the administrator of the PC to do the following.
-Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > User Accounts.
-Click on the player’s account and choose “Change the account type”.
-Select “Computer Administrator” and click “Change Account Type”.
2) Make the New Star Soccer folder a shared folder. The administator for the PC will need to do the following:
-Open My Computer.
-Go to Local Disk (C: ) then Program Files.
-Right-click the New Star Soccer 2 folder and select “Sharing and Security”.
-Where it says “Local Sharing and Security” click on the Shared Documents link. This will open a second window.
-Drag the New Star Soccer folder from the first window (Program Files) into the second window (Shared Documents).
When you log into your account you will now be able to load and save New Star Soccer games.
