Thanks for the advice. But here's the catch. I buy the code for $10 and get the code (Licence Key). But when I enter it in WEEK 11 and then click PLAY, it again asks me the same thing. The game doesn't move forward.

Please HELP.

What version of NSS are you playing?

What version of windows are you using? This was a problem on NSS1 but I thought the bug had been ironed out :?

The player name your are using in the game must be the same name you registered with. Otherwise it won't accept it.

What is your in game player name?

Of course, I know that. My player name is JAMES BOND. And that was the ONE I registered with.

Did you receive the James Bond.dat file i sent you? Did you put it in the data folder?

I did receive the email and I did everything you mentioned but it didn't work. I have already replied to you.

Your code works fine for me. Check your data folder again. Is the "James Bond.dat" file still there? If not then you must have some software that is removing it.

Yes. I did. I copied the same in \DATA Folder. Then ran the game. The problem still persists.

Windows Ver: WIN2K
Game Version: 2.12

I downloaded Ver 2.10 Tried with it. But the problem is not sorted out.

The file is still there. I have a virus scanner which continuosly scans the files. I did everything that you have told me, but nothing works.

I'm getting nowhere. Do u want me to send the entire set of files in a ZIP?

You have clearly tampered with the save file. Being just 17 years old with so many high stats is not possible. All the team names are messed up and so are the shop items.

I'm sorry but i don't have time to fix saved files that you have messed up. STOP WASTING MY TIME!

SORRY to say but I don't know how to do that, I mean 'EDIT the Config File'.

Just forgot to mention that, every time I registered, it asked me to enter 10 Bonus skill points. And this probably happened about 4-5 times. That could be the reason where you see so much high stats.

I DID try doing that. But it allows me to play only 10 games.

It sounds as if you don't have admin rights on the pc, so you cannot access the .dat file (which is used to check your reg-code and name). Does someone in your family have an admin account whilst you have a limited account? If so they need to give you read/write access to the New Star Soccer folder.
