sorry had to vote no, want chelsea to spend loads, and one day Roman will get bored move on and Chelsea will be stuffed think Blackburn in the 90's with Jack Ellis.

Though the general thought is Rooney will go to Man Utd for £25 mill even know Chelsea are pre-pared to offer £40 million, Beckham has according to my sources also ruled out Chelsea and Gerrard opted to stay at Liverpool so I suppose it goes to show money can't buy you everything!
