I presume you have read the stickies in the forum? Stickies are the topics which stand at the topic of the forum, why are they sticky? As they are important and we think yo should read them.

It geives you the answer you are looking for. If you have a question in the future which is not in a sticky we have this great thing called "search" this too brings us many answers :)
