the more we do stuff like this the more we get away from grassroots can you see non-league teams affording stuff like this plus seeing some managers screaming at theie players for being incompetent while wenger and ranieri go out with a plan and calmly control their team

Also, anyone can follow instructions, but less and less players are being able to think for themselves today

I agree, none argument
Its impractical, and removes the game further from the common man
There is nothing wrong with the current system where a bloke shouts to someone
A big fat NO.. there's no need for it, and I think there are also issues with health and safety.
The only need for them in football would be for communication between the ref and his assistants.

Surely NO. The actual system is working out fine, and the managers don't really need to be changing their tacticals all the time.
