not sure if this is me but played 4 seasons today, kept ove 90% support from contracts but none of them are offering me to renew??

Is this a bug or is just me?

Sometimes takes a while... I had to wait 4 weeks for renewal

Edited to say - Oops I have not had a contract renewal in 3 months now

The sponsorship contracts aren’t designed to get renewed at the end. It’s something I’ll have to add. As for the club contract, you should always get a message saying the contract is up and whether they want to renew it or not. Do you get this message? The club won’t renew it if your average performance is low or if your relationship with the manager is low.
