Apart from the player ratings, is there an overall team rating listed anywhere? If not, I think it will be highly useful.
This rating could be based on the average skillset of all teams members perhaps? So when skills increase due to training it would improve the team rating.
The displaying of the team rating will let us know how we stack up against other teams.
