Wot no v3.04

Despite several attempts at clearing cache, rebooting, using internet sweeper etc, even changing PC - I am unable to find the v3.04 download.

Each time I go through this routine I end up downloading v3.03 - as proven by the pre-installation text info, the post installation .txt file, and the help | about splash screen in the game once loaded.

How / where do I get v 3.04 from?
