My player name is Juan Carlos Jenksson, made my payment few hours ago, but sadly after playing few weeks into my carreer, i receieved this message in the screen "This account is no longer active, pls contact support@newstargames.com if u are the owner of this account."
some feedback would be nice, i hope i didnt pay for nothing

That should only occur if you log in from several different IP addresses within a few hours. Your account logged in from 11 different IP addresses in about 40 minutes. Any idea why? If you shared your login details please reset your password. I will reset your account.

oh i see, i have a router without static ip, and after each match i was getting a problem and couldnt connect to leaderboards.
so when i try to reconnect, its counted as a different ip i guess.
i didnt share any info or password.
any idea for fixing this problem ?

Hi simon,
yesterday, i upgraded my account to Premium. logged in successfully with my account "Faris Kassim" on the game.
then i changed the resolution of the game to a higher one, experienced lag. thus i exit and then restarted the game. after that i couldnt log in anymore, as i encounter "Account is no longer active, please contact.... (somewhere along these lines)"
then i checked my account on the newstarsoccer.com and the account status has been reverted to 'FREE'.
any idea how i can fix this??? (i can reproduce the nss product info and email receipt to prove i bought the license)

Hi Faris, I have reset your account. If anyone else knows your password please reset it - then you should be good to go again. :)
