Download the patch from this link:

http://download.newstargames.com/Patch_NSS3_02.exe

Make sure you install it in the same place as you installed NSS3.

Next time you run the game it should show 3.02 in the Help > About box.

Do you have an NSS3 regcode? This will be fine.

If you have an NSS1 or NSS2 regcode then you need to buy a new one.
