Adding tracks?

Downloaded a couple tracks off this forum and don't know how to load them. I think I got spoiled with Starcraft 2 just having to drag and drop maps to load them <_<

Just go to "My Documents > Super Laser Racer > Tracks" and there is where you can add your maps and others also.
