Very nice game, bought it from your site. However, the executable of the game wipes the resolution setting in the "settings" config file every time the game starts forcing me to scroll through the list in the game launcher window and reselect my resolution every single time I start the game. It's a minor bug but one that detracts from the quick pick up and play nature of the game a little. Is there some way to fix this? I think the execute file may need a tweaking to correct this bug.
PS I'm using Windows XP 32bit, can provide more system info if required.

Well this was solved by the newest update, so thanks for that. The only issue now is the game now takes like 2 minutes to start up and I can hear it pushing my computer really hard as though it's searching for something.

Really? Is it a PC or Mac? What specs?
Anyone else noticed this?

It's a PC, Core 2 Duo, 4 GB Ram, Windows XP, GTX 460.
I just timed it, it takes about 1 minute between clicking the desktop icon until the splash screen comes up for selecting language, resolution etc. So it's not 2 minutes, but it still feels like an eternity since most other games I have (60+ of them) boot instantly.
After it does that first 1 minute load, if I exit the game and go back in, then it boots to the splash screen right away. It's only after a reboot that I have to wait another minute again. So maybe it's loading the entire game into RAM or something, I'm not sure.
P.S. I installed the newest version over top of the older one without deleting the old one first (was afraid I'd lose my stats and save). Not sure if a bad install could also have something to do with it, though I doubt it.

Hmm, 60+ games? Have you ever defragmented your hard drive?

Defrag may help. It also could be your anti-virus scanning the exe which is rather large now due to all the music which is embedded in the exe file. Try running it fresh from a reboot with anti-virus temporarily disabled.

I also think the same defrag will help. But I will like to tell you to service your CPU internally. It might be because of some dust or something like that it is creating such music. I have faced the same problem so telling to do so. Today only I did it and noticed the change.
