Database editing should be definetly far better and more organised.
Must be changed:
Organisation - SI, if you would pay researchers a small fee (let's say 10% of one copy's earnings, £1, goes for researching and researchers. If you sell 100 copies, you earn £1000, and you pay your researchers about £100. Let's say that there are 15 'main' researchers. That's £6.5 to each one. If you sell 1000 copies, every reseacher gets £65), that would be a plus for us to do the job and it would be much better organised.
Powerful Editors - maybe a FM/PES to NSS converter. It would load a game from FM and copy some of players' attributes (the one that are in NSS) from FM to NSS. It could also copy/paste players' data like names and so on. There would be more players and clubs in the database.
Could be changed:
Translation - the same case as with databases. If you would pay someone, it would be done better. This would take say 2% of one copy's earnings (100 copies - £20 to all translators).
