i downloaded and installed the game, no problem, but after i click new game and fill in all my details and stuff, tha game crashes...it crashes wen i click OK on *Arsenal offers you a trial*, what do i do? :(

do you get an error message?

Probably a gfx card problem. Check this thread and download the option file...

Try updating Direct X too.

uhh, no error msg, just wen i click OK, after a few seconds, the screen goes black so i think its loading but then the black screen vanishes and im back to the Please Wait... in the place of ok... and wen i try to exit, it says *not responding*

GeForce is a brand on graphicscard. They are made by Nvidia.

firstly, is your graphics card a Nvidia Geforce card?

go to start, run, type in dxdiag then once thats opened click on the display tab and in the top left corner should be a 'device' section. All graphic card details are there. Tell us what you got and we'll take it from there.

Well, first you need to know if you have a Nvidia card. Find out what graphiccard you have. When you know you can most of the time find drivers at www.nvidia.com or i think www.ati.com has for the ATI graphicards.
