You choose the 32 qualifiers and by logic match the ECL places against their countries.

Yes, this is something I believe Si needs to improve to take the game to the next level, but until then, edit the leagues and ECL places if you are unhappy with it.

It is very simple to change the cup.
In the game use the editor, go to a european country that has some place in the cup and change it. I removed one of Belgiums places, cause I dont think they are so good that they need two places in the cup.

Here you are say that the polish leagues haven't got any spot for the Champions League and i think we can improve it by (for example) making al the spots right and make a playoff whit the teams that don't have space in the champions league and some teams in the champions league and the winner goes to the champions cup.... and the loser.... DOESN'T GO.
