The game is loadin and savin painfully slow. me comp has 512 RAM and 3.2 processor. surely its summin simple? bt its takin FOREVER to save and load and its rly puttin me off the game. anyone help?

turn off autosave. I did that and the whole it goes a lot faster to get from one match to the next one.

yer bt the loadin of each match is takin ages n all. definitely the slowest game so far, which is definitely a flaw

yer i hav.... i kno its a far cry, bt it has such room for potential, be nice if it culd b sped up.... could make it even better

errm it might be a problem your end, as your PC is much better than mine and my copy of NSS3 is fine. Do you have other programmes running when you are using NSS3?

it isnt taking hours to do, just it takes some time. a lot longer then any previous version

i'm finding the speed ok,

like gungnir said
turn off autosave.

also playing the matches in window mode I find makes a difference too, no? must be just me then :D

It takes quite a while for mine to load up a match and save... but thats just because my PC isnt that good...

Yeah, turning off Autosave does speed it up though :)

In my pc sometime it runs fine and sometimes it takes a whille, but i don't care waiting to play this spectacular game. :D

I would check your PC for problems.

I beta tested this on:

Pentium III 1GHz laptop with 256MB RAM and not a very powerful video card.

AMD Athlon XP 2200+ (1.79GHz) desktop with 256MB and a 16MB video card.

Game loads fine for me. I turn autosave off but then I did that in NSS1 and 2 as well to speed things up so I am not personally doing anything differently there anyway.

I would recommend turning off unnecessary programs, checking your PC for both spyware and viruses, and doing all the latest driver and Windows updates.

You could go into the editor before you start a game. Delete entire leagues that you aren't bothered about, making sure that they don't have any Champions League slots, or if they do, make sure you allocate the slots to the remaining leagues.

That way there will be much less data being loaded and saved all the time.
