This game is excellent.
Would you be interested in making New Star Rugby League or New Star Cricket.
They are my fav sports.
What ya reckon, should Si make NSRL or NSC?

I could be cool... i would like to try it... but somebody will have to tell me the rules because in my country Rugby & Cricket isn't played.
Have you ever thought about this Si or would you be interested???

I SAID that in my country we don't play rugby it's more soccer, handball (i think that is the way that in writen in english) but we don't play rugby or cricket.
PS- Isn't Si going to work on "formula1 carrer" or something?

Hehe, well Rugby is about running. Atleast when I play it, I'm almost impossible to stop ;)
But it isn't a big sport in Sweden either so I cant any rules, that's why I think it is just about running with the ball and dont pass it forward, just backwards :?

We've had this discussion in the past, and i think the answer ended up as a "possibly"
Last i heard Si was working on a Formular 1 style NSS with some other people, although dont quote me on this as Si will shoot me if i declare thats what he's working on and it all turns out to be my imagination :wink:

I hope he don't do formula 1 game in this style, a 52 lap race where we have to properly control them? **** me a season would take aggggess!

I intend to help them as soon as i get some time, but it's their project, not mine.
As for rugby and cricket, sorry but i'm not a big fan of either sport so i doubt i would find the inspiration! I am considering New Star Tennis though. :D

see whereas I am a huge fan of the NSS series ever since i accidentally stumbled across NSS1, the thing I liked was the text. hows about where you still get the 2d AND the text at the same time. so like you can use the text still, but you can physically see what is happenin. and where you can see the players closing you down, just that the 2d is very hard to score on etc.7
some people will naturally disagree but I feel you should be able to have an option, just I liked the fact I could use the text as well. im kinda struggling with it, thats all

That an idea:
A game where you can choose how you whan to play one match (for exemple NSS1 and NSS2 text version - classic) or another match (for exemple NSS3 2d game style - Modern). That would be great for the people that like playing NSS3 and also like to play NSS2 or NSS1.

But they're both intertwined into one so u cn still use the classic mode bt u cn see it on the 2d match engine[/quote]

I like tennis very much and i always love play it.
tennis sounds very good. i have some new ideas i think: maybe hockey or american football?? hockey sounds good too: starting from weak national leagues, making great career and at the end something beatiful- NHL matches
i love to play a rugby union game it will be fun. Rugby union is very popular and will be a good game for the people. hope to see this game soon.
Note: if the programmers need any help about the rules i can help.
