Get to work with the coach on tactics, but tactics are already full. So you cant add anymore, you cant exit it either only alt, ctrl and delete.

I just had a version of that bug at the beginning of my new season when I was given a training boost. Problem is, all my light blues are full...

I noticed that the OK button greyed out once the Green skill points were used up, so I maxed out my other stats and only did 2 out of 3 possible points in the green and hit OK

In the end, I used 3 points in Red and Yellow, none in light blue (cuz they were full to begin with) and 2 out of 3 in Green cuz if I used 3 out of 3 OK greyed out and I couldn't exit the screen.
