How on earth do you do them? Every time I try in the shooting drill I just do a header yet it says shoot the ball while it's in the air and I try that and I head the ball

I got the tips to press and hold the shooting button when the coach has shot the ball towards you. Worked really great when I founf the right position.

The way I do a volley during training is to back off a little when I call it from my trainer and then it turns into a volley for me.

Thanks for the replies, I found a way to do it as well, get close to the goal, like almost right in the goalie box and shoot the ball as you would a header when it gets to you in the air

I prefer holding down the shoot button just as he's passing the ball, it's easiest

I really hated those training moments, so I used my three free points to skip the last Volley training :P
