Question about registering

A little, maybe stupid, question before registering: when I purchase the game will I be able to play JUST and only as the player I register? I mean: I'm playing as argentinian midfielder in Estudiantes, I'll purchase the game, will I be force to play only with this argentinian midf or can I start a fresh new career having registered the game? Thanks in advance for the answer, the game seems very promising.

You will be able to choose your team and your nationality every time you play, but you keep the same name.

For instance, I'm American in real life but I can choose to be English, or Argentinian, or whatever if I start a new career, but it's under my own name.
